Was a great trip, Tour guide knew his stuff very friendly made it a great day. If going from istanbul be prepared for a very long day we left at 6am got back at 11pm so for all the kiwis and aussies coming over give the jet lag a couple days to recover then go.

Too Late The pool waters have dried up. They are fed from a nearby spring. It isn’t what it used to be 20 or more years ago. The guide was nice that is why I am giving a 5 star as it wasn’t his fault.

Marve was an amazing guide and we loved all she had to share with us about all the stops on the Ephesus full day tour. The times given to explore each stop were perfect as was the pace of the tour itself. The group today were also a great bunch of people to share the tour with. Lunch was excellent! We also loved feeding the cats (bring your own cat food)

Our tour agency has collaborated with them for our pamukkale and hira polis tour. The guide Muharrem was very generous, cordial and very informative. We enjoyed the trip. We had a free buffet lunch but the restaurant was not a much of a good one as there were very limited food options. They can improve here.

Thank you to our tour guide, Yiğit for being so professional and passionate during our tour of Ephesus. The most impressive thing is that he usually does tours in Spanish but was assigned last minute to do our group, and did so in fluent English. He was knowledgeable and told us all about different corners and facets of the ancient city, and was careful to make sure our group were all well cared for. Also thank you to our long suffering driver who was friendly and drove us safely to each destination. We also did a tour of Pamukkale which was a bit more laissez faire, so not much guidance or explanation of the city (the lunch wasn’t great) which paled in comparison to Ephesus - greatly recommend

We reserved a tour through our hotel, Ephesus Centrum in Selçuk, which was arranged by the Crowded House Travel Agency. It was the Ephesus City Tour. Our pickup was punctual, and we were taken to the office where we met our guide and the rest of the group. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour, delving into Ephesus's history, learning myths and legends, and exploring the remarkable historical sites. Our itinerary included visits to the Virgin Mary's House, the ancient city of Ephesus, a buffet lunch, a gem store, and a fabric shop. Our guide, Ozgur Ahmet, deserves special thanks for his professionalism, client care, extensive historical knowledge, willingness to answer questions, and telling humorous anecdotes. Having booked other tours with different companies, we can confidently say that this experience was the best, and Ozgur was the most exceptional guide we've had so far.

They provided me with a memorable trip to the Ephesos. The car is very clean and comfortable and USB allows me to charge my phone. Lunch is buffet style and even vegetarians can enjoy their meal. I was also traveling alone, but the tour guide made sure I was included in the group and I was able to truly enjoy the at-home style of the tour. Good. Beutifull It was quite a logistical operation, with bus changes along the way and a stop to pick up some notes, but having said that, everything went smoothly. The guide was truly excellent, motivating, and very knowledgeable.Even though it was a rather brutal climb up to the theatre at Hierapolis, we are talking about a world-class attraction, and it was a magnificent experience—magnificent being the key word.The Cotton Castle was also impressive, although we only viewed it from above. That was probably a sensible choice, as we have walked up there before and remember the ascent being quite demanding.All in all, it was a very good day, and we were fortunate to have such pleasant weather

We really enjoyed the day. The guide Merve, was amazing. She was knowledgeable, easy to understand, patient and very helpful. The drivers drove safely. The trip was well coordinated. We were picked up from Izmir on time and the transfer to another shuttle in Selcuk was flawless as was the transfer and drop off on the return journey. There were adequate rest stops at places with clean toilets. A little more time at Pamukkale would be nice. It was an excellent trip with good value for the money. We would highly recommend this trip.

The "Fashion Show" excursion took away from the experience of visiting ancient sites. The guide was very knowledgeable. Pick up at the hotel went smoothly. The lunch was very good. My wife and I were in a small group. Everything went very well until we were taken to a "fashion Show", which was a blatant disguise to sell us leather and other clothing. Nobody in our group bought anything. It took away from the overall experience. My wife asked if we were going to see St John's basilica. Not today on this tour came the reply. It would have been much better to avoided the "Fashion" experience and replace it with a visit to St John's basilica.

We really enjoyed our tour of the Gallipoli battlefields. Hasan, our guide, had obviously done his research and shared many details and interesting background stories with us, keeping his delivery as light and entertaining as the subject matter would allow. If we had to make just one suggestion (with all due respect for the many visitors from from the formerly allied countries undertaking this tour), it would be to spend some more time on how the conflict was perceived on the Turkish side and by the many Turkish soldiers and their families (keeping in mind that the Ottoman Empire had been at war for most of the years preceding World War One already).

Amazing tour with the amazing guide. I had a wonderful experience on the 2-day tour covering Ephesus, the House of the Virgin Mary, and Pamukkale. The tour was very well organized, informative, and enjoyable from start to finish. An unforgettable experience Our family joined the Ephesus and Virgin Mary House tour on July 9th, 2026. We had the pleasure of having Azer as our tour guide and Mustafa as our driver. Our pick up time at our hotel was 8:30am, but Azer was already there to greet us enthusiastically when we reached the lobby before our scheduled pick up time. Our family also appreciated that we were part of a small tour group (9 people in total). Our tour was supposed to start at Ephesus and finish at Virgin Mary house. However, when Azer saw that there were 2 cruise ships docked at Kadadasi, she decided that it would be better to visit Virgin Mary House first to avoid the large crowd in the afternoon. It was definitely the right call. When we arrived in Ephesus Azer explained everything about the ruins of Ephesus, the history, and the different cultures that inhabited Ephesus in detail. Azer is very knowledgeable indeed. A buffet lunch was included with the tour. They served traditional Turkiye dishes. Nothing special, but good quality. Thank you to Azer and Mustafa for making our family’s visit a pleasant and memorable experience!

Perfect guide and tour Ender was the perfect guide for our 8 member, 3 generation family. There was a good balance of walking and riding that accommodated everyone's needs. The travertine of Pamukkale were a bit of a disappointment. They really look nothing like the pictures we’ve seen online, so over 6 hours drive for that doesn’t seem worth it. Thankfully the Cleopatra pool was open, so that made a bit for it. It was a nice swim. The ruins themselves are nice but Ephesus is nicer. I don’t regret doing it, but it wasn’t the highlight of my trip.

Enjoyable day at Pamukale We were met at our hotel by Mustafa Kamel. During the entire tour he was informative and related interesting facts related to history and sites. He pointed out St Philips tomb so we could also visit. Timing for exploring the locations was stated clearly, giving allowance for toilet and meals. He made our visit enjoyable with his friendly and easy going personality.

My first Pumakale experience Our guide, Mustafa Kamel, is very knowledgeable and informative of the history and background of the various places we visited. From WW1 battles to Ancient times My friends and I booked a 2 day private tour one day on visiting the Gallipoli peninsula and the ANZAC beaches followed by a day spent visiting Troy & Pergamon. This was arranged by Crowded House. The tours were brilliant. Ibrahim, our guide, spoke fabulous English and was very knowledgeable. He told us stories about the places we visited and the people who served in the military giving us both the Turkish perspective of battling invaders and the terrible waste of life during WW1. Ibrahim was also super knowledgeable of Troy and Pergamon and again gave us a different perspective of the development of each city and indeed what was taken by the West. Altogether, we came away with knowledge increased and a better understanding of the wonderful country and people of Turkey. Thanks to Crowded House for their splendid organisation and service.

Must do tour of Ephesus! Tijen was the best guide! She was so incredibly knowledgeable about history. The more she told, the more we were curious to ask and she always had an answer. She made the experience allow us to visualize that period and the stories. She was friendly and fun as well. The group was approximately 8 people so the size was also nice to not feel like we were being herded. Not only would I recommend the tour, because Ephesus is an amazing ancient city to witness, but I’d recommend Tijen.

Must use this tour company and ask for ms azer Superb. If u are a history buff must attend. But the guide is most important. Ms Asher our guide and the driver mr ali were very efficient. She was very knowledgeable and brought history to life. So much better than reading or listening to boring audio guides ! Will engage then again next time I am here. Went to see house of Mary. Discovering Ephesus Our day discovering the ancient city of Ephesus was perfect! Raphael our guide was extremely knowledgeable in his history, not just of Ephesus, but so much more. The 2nd morning of my tour with Crowded House was good. Then it went downhill rather quickly. They didn't take us to authentic Turkish restaurant, but an awful buffet where most of the table loaded on the chicken drumsticks, because there was nothing appealling about the other slops, some cold, others lukeearm. I had pesto pasta but it was too oily, and drumsticks. I asked for red meat and she pointed to some pale balls in stew - not really beef. All desserts were beige things. I luckily found something edible at the cafe outside. Worst yet, after this crappy buffet, they tricked and trapped us into a leather warehouse and souvenir shop that no participant had on their itinerary. Rather than fulfill the itinerary, we rushed through the important historic places, just to end up at some lame deceitful traps to get us to spend money at their associate's businesses, and other tours missed out on some key things on their itinerary as they were escorted into these businesses too.

Super Execution We ordered a package including night bus from Cappadocia to Denizli, pickup from Dinizli and a full day tour to Pamukale. Tour included morning stay at a hotel in Denizli until we were picked up for the tour, breakfast and lunch. Also included airport transfer and flight to Istanbul. Everything was executed perfectly with pickup and drop off with no issues. Our guide Mustafa was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He willingly and knowledgeably answered questions and guided us through the day. It couldn't have gone any better.

Wonderful tour with a good guide An interesting and informative tour of the historical sites. This is an all-inclusive tour that also covers entrance fees and buffet lunch, value-for-money. The guide Rapahel really took good care of us, and shared many myths, stories, and jokes too. We really enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it.

Excellent guide Mustafa my guide shared his intimate knowledge of the history of both the places we visited. As I was the only one booked for the tour I was very fortunate to have him as my personal tour guide which was an absolute bonus. A Heavenly Time in Hierapolis I’ve been on a few tours in my time but this one definitely blows all the rest away. From start to pick up me and my wife felt self and secure on the road with our top notch driver Nazif. The road trip was smooth and un-eventful, just the way I like it. He made our 2 hour+ drive as comfortable as possible. Our guide, Rafael, was next level. His knowledge of Hierapolis was both profound and insightful. I wasn’t just was blown away by his encyclopedic knowledge of Anatolia and Greek mythology but by the way he was able to spin that knowledge into a great story that had all of us hanging on the edge of our seats. Both Rafael and Nazif were friendly and personable and our group had an absolute blast. Trust me, if you’re going to take one of these tours, you’ll be doing yourself a great disservice if you don’t ask for Rafael by name. All together from booking to tours end, this experience has exceeded our expectations in every way!

Great day out A really good day out. A bit of a journey to get there, but went surprisingly quick and well worth it. The guide (Mert, I think, sorry if spelt wrong) was friendly and informative., but also allowed us the time to go where we pleased so that we could choose how we divided our time between Hierapolis and Pammukale springs. We were lucky with the weather which always helps and it wasn't too crowded also. Although we booked the tour for Pammukale, the guide recommended we did The Grand theatre first and that was good advise - great views and v impressive sat at the top. V much worth the walk up the short hill and doing before wet feet of the springs. We recommend this trip and company.

Unforgetable Trip and Rafeal We had an absolutely amazing experience exploring Pamukkale and Ephesus with this agency. Good day tour for a family Rafel was our guide and we had a great time. Took us a couple of hours to get there from Selcuk and Rafel used the time to give us a history lesson and regale us with stories from the epics. At Hierapolis and Pamukkale there was a good balance between guidance and free time. The ride back and forth was smooth and comfortable. Very pleased overall

Great tour with Mert Mert was a very good guide, knowledgeable and easy to follow. The tour was well organized and insightful across both days.
