Day getaway from Istanbul’s touristic areas with our Taste of Two Continents food tour.

Our tour guide will come and meet you at your hotel and walking to Spice Market in the Old City, the trading hub of food in Istanbul for more than 450 years.

Then we will walk through Galata Bridge to see where the peoples are catching fish. Some people do this for an activity all day long and others for work.

We reach the Karakoy for breakfast where you can try the Turkish Menemen, Sucuklu Omlet, different kind of olives and cheeses.

Then we can visit Turkey’s most popular Baklava factory. Afterwith the public transport we are going to Taksim to walk along the Istiklal Streets. We have sometimes to stop for tea or coffee.

Take a funicular (Worlds second oldest tunel) to Karakoy and then to ferry to Kadıkoy. Our Taste of Two Coninents Food Tour will continues on the Asian part of Istanbul.

Kadıköy is home to some of the best local restaurants in Istanbul which are frequented by a new generation of Turks who love to dine out while still savouring the flavours of their childhood.

As you make your way through the colourful streets of Kadıköy market, you’ll sip on freshly brewed. You’ll savour the delicious tastes of popular street foods like dolma, tantuni and kokoreç, as well as other local favourites. You’ll then sit down to enjoy the seasonal flavours of a variety of traditional Turkish homestyle dishes.

Finally, you’ll end your day with a short walk to the district of Moda to cool down with the refreshing flavour of the best Turkish dondurma (ice-cream) in the city.

During your walking tour, you’ll make 10 different stops, with a variety of samples at each.
